This has reference to the vacant positions in DSWD-National Capital Region with the following details :

Position Title : Social Welfare Officer III

Number of vacancy : Three (3)

Salary Grade : 18 (Php 33,452.00)

Item Number : Contract of Service

Location : Regional / Field Office

Reports to : Regional Program Coordinator (Pantawid)

Minimum Qualification Standards (Per CSC MC 1, s. 1997)

Education : Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job

Experience : Two (2) year relevant experience

Training : Eight (8) hours relevant training

Preferred Qualification Standards :

Education : Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Social Work, Community Development, Social Sciences, Behavioral Sciences, Education, and Allied Medical Professions

Experience : 2 year experience in community organizing for graduates of Social Work and Community Development or at least 2 years

experience in community organizing for graduates of other

courses with at least 1 year supervisory experience

Training : 8 hours training in community organizing and at least 24 hours

training in case management

  • Valid PRC Report of Rating and License (if applicable)
  • Civil Service Certificate of Eligibility (if applicable)
  • Internal staff should submit performance evaluation from immediate supervisor and performance rating which is at least VERY SATISFACTORY for the last rating period (January to December 2016) :

    Request for extension of submission will not be entertained. Applicants who failed to submit the complete requirements are considered DISQUALIFIED.
