  • Lead and manage lead frame-related projects
  • Lead Frame Process (LF) migration projects (Etched to Stamped) or depending on cost savings opportunities
  • Support and focus on LF commodity strategy
  • Responsible for introducing cost effective new LF process / type from qualification, manufacturing validation, safe launch, as qualifier for mass production release
  • Responsible for reviewing engineering build requirements, including LF part numbers and MBOI updates
  • Prepare and complete assembly build request and qualification reports, production release documents
  • Develop project to achieve goals for equipment stability, flexibility, conversion time reduction, quality and cost
  • Support all manufacturing requirements related to equipment and maintenance
  • Any other related project activities as may be assigned
  • Qualifications

  • BS Engineering graduate, preferably in Material Science or Metallurgical; Master’s in Material Science highly preferred
  • At least 8 years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in Project Management & Tools
  • Wire Bond experience highly desired (Machine and tooling set-ups, parametric)
  • Specialization in Metals is an advantage
  • Knowledgeable in CAD Drawing, tolerance and interpretation
  • With good understanding of statistical tools and ability to apply statistical analysis
  • Familiarity on lead frame processes & qualifications
  • Effective interpersonal and collaborative skills
  • Ability to multi-task and organize work systematically in meeting deadlines without compromising quality
  • Ability to adapt with ever-changing environment
