  • Provide administrative support to all Sales Channel relating to account management
  • Assist Sales Executives in adhoc SRT request / rate quotations
  • Assist Sales Executives in adhoc spot rates request / rate quotations and submit proposals to customers
  • Coordinate with NC and Pricing team for quotations and requirements
  • Assist in routing of contract for signature of SMTs
  • Compile and consolidate accreditation requirements by GMNC customers
  • Safekeeping, tracking and updating of customer contracts and SOWs
  • Assist to follow-up on customer account application requirements
  • Assist Sales Executives in adhoc spot rates request / rate quotations and submit proposals to customers
  • Assists sales in GSRT Queries
  • Compile and consolidate accreditation requirements of GMNC customers. Assist to follow-up on customer account application requirements
  • Assist in Service Inquiries / Incidents + Provide support on customer inquiries (i.e. shipment tracking, billing, clearance) and endorse to the right department + Respond to customers consistently and confidently by providing accurate informations such as rates, and other customers requirements
