Job Description

  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing general inquiries related to billing, account / service maintenance, and other products / services
  • Skills Required

  • Ability to resolve customer concerns and problems at first contact by following a step by step call flow approach.
  • Ability to educate customers on inquiries and other product information.
  • Ability to learn and understand ongoing training and program updates to impact call handling and overall customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to follow structured call handling procedures, scripts, transfer protocols and call related processes that lead to customer satisfaction and call resolution.
  • Ability to handle, empathize, pacify, and control irate customers.
  • Minimum Qualifications

  • Excellent command of English
  • Amenable to work on weekends, holidays, and shifting schedule
  • Team player
  • Completed at least 2nd year college with or without call center experience
