The main responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to :
Ensuring that supply / demand spreadsheets are accurate and up to date
Collating competency data and ensuring the database is kept up to date
Assisting with systems data testing
Approving resource requests in Oracle
Assisting with system administration and process improvements
Assisting with generating reports and data insights to support the Resource Manager.
Ensuring compliance with all record keeping requirements.
Engaging in Continuing Professional Development (CPD)
Performing other duties and responsibilities as required from time to time by your manager.
Becoming familiar and compliant with Health and Safety regulations and guidelines
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
Degree in Business or HR and 1-2 years of experience in resource management within a professional services environment, alternatively workforce planning, project planning or HR experience.
Strong communication skills, both verbal & written
Highly organized and excellent time management ability
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Positive, can do attitude and able to multi task and handle working under pressure
Ability to show initiative and exercise commitment and dedication while working independently or with a team.
Advanced PC skills with proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Strong numeric ability and comfortable in manipulating / analysing numerical data
