The main responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to :

  • Ensuring that supply / demand spreadsheets are accurate and up to date
  • Collating competency data and ensuring the database is kept up to date
  • Assisting with systems data testing
  • Approving resource requests in Oracle
  • Assisting with system administration and process improvements
  • Assisting with generating reports and data insights to support the Resource Manager.
  • Ensuring compliance with all record keeping requirements.
  • Engaging in Continuing Professional Development (CPD)
  • Performing other duties and responsibilities as required from time to time by your manager.
  • Becoming familiar and compliant with Health and Safety regulations and guidelines
  • Experience, Skills & Knowledge

  • Degree in Business or HR and 1-2 years of experience in resource management within a professional services environment, alternatively workforce planning, project planning or HR experience.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal & written
  • Highly organized and excellent time management ability
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Positive, can do attitude and able to multi task and handle working under pressure
  • Ability to show initiative and exercise commitment and dedication while working independently or with a team.
  • Advanced PC skills with proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong numeric ability and comfortable in manipulating / analysing numerical data
