The HR Analyst is responsible for generating quantitative information from multiple tools, interpreting human capital analytics and formatting extracted data according to the stakeholders’ expected data output.
Responsible for conducting detailed problem analysis assessments and evaluating the effectiveness of the Human Resources and Automation Solutions strategic programs and initiatives by reviewing, defining, measuring, and tracking HR and strategic pillar metrics that are aligned to business strategies.
Duty 1 : Reporting and Analytics
Coordinates and validates with stakeholders on reporting requirements
Extracts / generates quantitative information from a single or multiple tool
Performs data validation to achieve data consistency
Conducts research to gather qualitative information (market date, industry trends,) from internal & external sources that will be used for analysis.
Tracks trends and developments in assigned functional areas.
Duty 2 : HR Infrastructure, System and Internal Quality Audit
Validates and tracks if the action plans adequately address the situation and can lead to successful results through project milestone and gate reviews.
Ensure documentation for new processes and reports.
Review, interpret and recommend policy, process and program improvements based on the gathered data and results
Work closely with the Corporate Support and other HR Operations teams in reviewing the current policies and guidelines and ensure alignment in implementation
Plan and design the Customer Satisfaction survey methodology based from the survey requestor requirements. (e.g. type of survey, respondents, metrics, etc)
Prepares and analyzes final survey report to identify opportunities for improvement and recommends improvement actions to the management team.
Documents current and ideal service level agreements to deliver HR services
Reviews and evaluates possible improvements on existing HR infrastructure, systems and tools
Formats extracted data based on expected report output. (multiple data formatting requirements)
Consolidates and standardize data structure from different data sources
Calculates data using available fields within the gathered information. (statistics)
Creates histograms, charts, summaries as necessary to aid in easy interpretation and better provide decision support to the Automation Solutions Senior Leadership team
Analyzes gathered information & data using predictive and prescriptive analytics (data interpretation, data correlation, forecasting with the use of advanced statistical tools, hypothesis testing)
Creates reports based on standard templates
Create monthly HR Dashboard Reports for Management
Bachelor of Science in Statistics, Math, Industrial Engineer or any related course.
