The Business Systems Analyst will play a keyrole in supporting and maintaining the systems used by NetSuite’s CustomerSuccess Organization. This role will be working to report,coordinate and implement system issues and its resolution with thestakeholders. The PS Business Systems Analyst will provide real timechanges /solutions as well as scheduled reports to ensure the practice has theproper data to execute on decisions accurately and efficiently. Inaddition, the PS Business Systems Analyst will be responsible for documentingissues, business requirements, test cases and communication related activities.
Responsibilities: Define and document business requirements as well as use cases for user acceptance training Lead in reviewing issues and identifying solutions with partners … this can be completed by reviewing processes, data, scripting, etc. Execute testing to cross functional team to meet quality checkpoint Communicate effectively system-based approved projects necessary to users as well as stakeholders Collaborate projects outcomes to related users, stakeholders in a secure and responsible manner Draft communications for PMO, PS Practice, executive, etc Be involve in weekly meetings as well as working closely with other team members on timeliness of priorities Work closely with other team members to share learnings and provide back-up support Provide real time communication to PS Delivery Lead, Project Managers, Vertical Leads on important Core issues with the available interim solution to not disrupt daily tasks Provide strategic solutions on system enhancements and compliance issues surrounding NetSuite Applications Drive implementation of new processes and participates on PS Managers Meetings to introduce new changes / updates on PS Process Documentation Act as an SME and peer reviewer of PS Systems Analyst 1
Qualifications/Skills: At least 5+ years of Business Analyst experience. Experience in supporting a global Professional Services organization Ability to work independently with a can-do, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude. Passion for and ability to understand customer needs and deliver great solutions. Experience with Lead to Cash business processes preferred. Strong organizational skills. Experience working with both on-shore and off-shore teams ideal. Strong Microsoft Excel Skills including experience with pivot tables, analyzing and formatting data, use of filters, managing Workbooks, creating Charts & Graphs, MS Visio and MS PowerPoint Skills Experience working with change management and leading change to maximize results and meet deliverables on flexible hours to support global operations Experience working directly with companies or customers based in NA, UK and/or Australia. Working experience with NetSuite Application, OpenAir, Confluence, Jira preferred. Must be a self-starter, detail oriented, w/ strong communication and organization skills. Bachelor’s Degree in IT, MIS, Finance, Accounting, or Business.
