  • Analyze existing processes in comparison with improved or proposed processes to identify gaps and / or necessary changes.
  • Develop clear and detailed process maps and business requirements & identify issues and risks.
  • Document definitions and attributes of current processes using visual diagrams, process models, process maps or other tools as appropriate.
  • Track performance and feedback on business processes to serve as the basis of future process improvements and monitor and measure the effectiveness of business processes to ensure consistent value delivery.
  • Regularly perform process audits to ensure adherence of the process and escalation requirements within the various delivery areas.
  • Ensure that proposed processes do not conflict with other modules or processes across the team and support issue resolution to ensure service delivery success
  • Identify, document, and analyze business rules, regulations, guidance and policies that govern the implementation of business processes.
  • Assist in designing new or improved business processes based on analysis; manage subsequent changes to improved business processes.
  • Assist in supporting, developing or delivering communications related to implementation of new business processes.
  • Assist in leading process redesign workshops.
  • Assist in examining processes to understand impact to people, strategy, systems and general business operations and recommend actions or provide information to stakeholders to manage change.
  • May be required to meet with various stakeholders to gather and analyze information about critical business processes.
  • Qualifications

  • Degree in Business Management, Information Technology or related discipline
  • At least 5 years’ relevant experience, preferably in sizeable companies
  • Strong skills in Process Mapping and Business Process Reengineering
  • Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to extensively analyze business processes and workflows
  • High level of competence with MS Office, MS Visio and communication skills, and be able to produce documentation to a high standard.
  • A high attention to detail and be able to establish effective working relationships with business representatives and process owners.
  • Certification in business process or quality management an edge
