Responsibility for running a global operations team in alignment with client expectations as well as supporting Accenture Account level deliverables.
Owns operational result delivery for Global Invoicing & Adjustments Leadership to include all aspects of team management and development, metrics and quality optimization and the drive to retain a highly motivated and engaged team
Owns completeness of desktop procedures ensures that procedures are always up to date and are being adhered to
Provide consistency across service teams in the delivery of global process specific services, ensuring processes and procedures are implemented and maintained
Act as the key relationship point for Accenture with our client in respect of Invoicing and Adjustments activities maintains strong partnership with the client.
Must be a graduate of any 4-year course.
10+ years working experience with a minimum of 5 years leadership experience.
Must have an extensive background in Operational management, finance and accounting (OTC experiences such as billings and credit management).
Experience in Project Management, client facing and negotiations
