Formulate and execute solutions for customers across all channels (Mobile, CMS etc.)
Help formulate and capture requirements and understand business objectives
Ideate, conceptualize, and drive solutions.
Provide enterprise mobility strategy and work with senior architects to formulate reference architectures for digital solutions across multiple channels and articulate the strengths and weaknesses of approaches.
Understand, articulate, and incorporate API strategies, backend as a service and define end-to-end architecture solutions for customers.
Provide competitive analysis of solutions with differentiation for own solution and articulate value proposition.
Develop strong, long-term relationships and referrals with customer management
Be the point of contact to the customer through all phases of the engagement. Follow up and ensure total customer satisfaction through the life cycle of the relationship.
Drive the end-end solution development lifecycle with the development teams on shore and offshore.
Collaborate with sales teams in taking new offerings to the market
Work with account teams and customers on specific customer opportunities including ideation workshops, requirements gathering sessions
Keep abreast of technology developments and mobility applications across industry verticals and appraise practice leadership of the same
Adhere to all client Sales, Human Resource, and corporate ethical policies, standards and guidelines.
Work closely with Product Management and development teams to satisfy business requirements for new features. Take ownership of the solution from end to end and be responsible for translating functional requirements into a mobile solution.
Drive Test Driven Development throughout the lifecycle of the application. Perform and support system-level troubleshooting.
Execute all projects in compliance with company development guidelines. Enforce sound development practices and ensure the quality delivery of mobile solutions
Act as a technical advisor to application development teams to plan, implement, and support new and existing mobile applications
Advocate and drive an excellent user experience on our mobile applications
Requirements
4+ years’ experience as solutions architect or comparative customer facing roles
8+ years of prior experience in various SDLC roles : development, architecture, requirements gathering etc.
Demonstrated experience in architecting and developing large scale, high impact mobile apps
Good Knowledge of the current mobile technology landscape (e.g. Native, Mobile Web, React Native, PhoneGap, Ionic etc.)
Experience with one or more device platforms including iOS, Android
Proven track record of success in architecture definitions for mobile
Experience in one or more vertical industries- like Telecom, retail.
Telco domain knowledge will be plus
Experience with end-to-end delivery
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience in developing Marketing, Product, and Functional Requirements Documents
