Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Prospect, develop, and explore new business opportunities.
  • Manage existing clients and grow the business for large accounts
  • Make regular sales calls
  • Deliver sales presentations and apply consultative selling techniques to prospective customers.
  • Formulate proposals and negotiate contract terms.
  • Handle questions and inquiries about the company’s products and services.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales reports.
  • Manage and regularly update account database.
  • Assist Finance in collections.
  • Develop and manage short and long-term strategies aimed at achieving target sales volume.
  • Lead and supervise junior business development officers as may be assigned by the superior.
  • Perform other functions which may be assigned by the superior from time to time.
  • Minimum Qualifications

  • 2 years’ experience selling software development services to enterprises in the following areas : telco, banking / insurance / financial services, healthcare / pharma, or high tech.
  • Must have both the sales skills and technical knowledge to lead customer discussions
  • Self-starter and can work independently and remotely
  • Strong presentation skills and communication skills
