Work within a global and virtual team environment, directly reporting to the Network
Coordinate with colleagues in USA, EMEA and Asia locations to investigate, analyses and resolve operational problems and escalations related to Network Tools, working as the NNMi NA Core Tools support person for the solution.
Responsible for fulfilment of contractual obligations and the completion of deliverables within own area.
Manage and escalate risks and issues appropriately
Respond to new requirement requests to support escalations and service enhancement activities.
Proactively engage in knowledge transfer and collaboration within Team. Encourage and promote cross skilling at all levels
Provide SME support for projects and work efforts as required, throughout the organization
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or other relevant fields
Understanding and working knowledge on Python
