Our people represent 90 nationalities and speak 80 languages.The Performance Management Coordinator supports ongoing delivery for performance management systems through issue resolution, change requests and standardized processes.
This position involves heavy client interaction. The PM Coordinator could facilitate training and demonstration on the features of the performance management system.
This role will identify and resolve issues through root cause analysis and then implement solutions. The PM Coordinator will also lead process creation and improvement initiatives, and work with implementation managers, HR directors and other associates in the implementation of performance appraisal processes.

Duties and Accountabilities1Serve as a subject matter expert for performance managementProvide input and support about best practicesStrong working knowledge of Performance Management SystemAssist clients and end users in troubleshooting any issues and escalationsSupports or leads training and demonstration of the performance management systemCommunicate effectively with the client and internal partners for analysis / resolutionParticipate in meetings to discuss issues identified and impactConsult client on performance management processesProvide status reports and communicate changes in surveys and performance management processesResponds to client inquiries regarding surveys and performance management processes and functionsConfigure and maintain form templates for surveys and performance management processesParticipate in functional testing for configuration changes, enhancements and patchesThis position will become the subject matter expert for area of workQualifications Previous practical experience in Performance Management Administration is preferred.
Experience with talent management systems is a plus.Must possess good customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal and be able to communicate to all levels.
Strong technical proficiency and aptitudeDemonstrates high learning agilityGood organization skills with strong attention to detail and follow through on assignments.
