  • Updating inventory lists.
  • Ensure overall security of the company‚Äôs properties, employees, and interests
  • Receiving and dispatching goods and verifying movements of stock.
  • Checking purchase orders against stock levels.
  • Preparing delivery schedules.
  • Coordinating maintenance and repairs of storage facility.
  • Entering data into a database.
  • Maintaining optimal stock levels at minimum cost.
  • Facilitates procurement request, issuance, inventory, and disposal of office supplies, uniforms, and other materials controlled by the department.
  • Ensuring OH&S protocols are followed in storage facility.
  • Calculating storage and clearance costs.
  • Managing incoming and outgoing invoices.
  • Graduate of a 4-year bachelor course
  • Minimum 2 years working experience
  • Good in English both in verbal and writing
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • willing to work onsite at Robinsons Cybersigma, Mckinley West Taguig
