We are looking for Application Consultants who will work as a part of a dynamic team in a rapidly growing part of the company.

Consultants operate fairly autonomously with moderate direct supervision. Team members in this role will work directly with onshore counterparts and are expected to plan and execute tasks ensuring timely delivery while adhering to quality standards and best practices.

Specific Duties May Include :

  • Design various applications that form the company’s Integrated Marketing Management solution suite according to defined specifications
  • Assist in the creation of project artifacts such as functional specifications, configuration documents, quality assurance test cases, training materials and reporting of status / progress
  • Assist in writing functional specifications from client requirements for customizations, integrations and CIM campaign development and execution.
  • Perform quality assurance activities on implemented solutions
  • Acting as a viable offshore team member on projects, contributing to and assisting in the work of multiple other consultants.
  • Participating on small teams of US and offshore based resources.

  • Provide day-to-day operational support to incident tickets while committing to SLA requirements
  • Evaluates the need to raise comprehensive changes and patches to the application.
  • Respond to application related concerns
  • Daily monitoring of queries fired by the application to the database
  • Monitors the execution of all ad-hoc / scheduled jobs and automated queries
  • Assures overall system health of the application
  • Coordination with multiple vendors to address system-wide issues

    Minimum Position Requirements :

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or related area of study
  • 1 to 3-year experience in information systems with specific focus in software implementation and business processes.
  • Competency in using standard desktop applications for word processing, spreadsheets, desktop publishing, and project management
  • Suitable candidates should also have demonstrable knowledge with SQL and HTML.
  • Ability to work effectively in a small team environment with US and offshore resources
  • Ability to work on a modified shift as needed
  • Ability to interact directly with our customers
  • Multitasking abilities
  • Proficient oral and written skills (MANDARIN AND ENGLISH)
