  • Provide supervision to the Connected Logistics Customer Operations SaaS Support team; this includes hiring, developing, and retaining talent.
  • Perform day-to-day SaaS support tasks, as required.
  • Drive the development and improvement of support tools.
  • Identify production problems and resolve the same.
  • Drive the timely remediation of incidents, problems and events.
  • Drive the continuous improvements of software solutions.
  • Maintain a rigorous event management, quality assurance and release management practice.
  • Meet SLAs and SLOs.
  • Drive a strong change enablement practice.
  • Drive customer and user experience.
  • Maintain knowledge management and best practices.
  • Comply with applicable processes, policies, internal controls, and compliance requirements; support applicable internal and external audits.
  • Meet performance metrics.
  • Actively support the on-boarding of other Honeywell SaaS businesses, as required.
  • Interact with customers by e-mail, phone and / or collaboration tools.
  • Provide on-call support for critical / high priority incidents, problems and events.
  • Be a stakeholder in relevant Scrum ceremonies.
  • YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Science (or related field). A Master’s Degree is preferred.
  • 10+ years’ experience in a software engineering role.
  • 5+ years’ experience with Scrum and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
  • 5+ years’ experience in a customer facing supervisor position.
  • 2+ years’ experience supporting business critical SaaS production systems.
  • 2+ years’ experience in a SaaS business.

  • Familiar with test automation frameworks.
  • Familiar with Cloud technologies such as Amazon Web Services and Microsoft Azure.
  • In-depth experience with quality assurance processes and release management practices.
  • ITIL V4 Foundation certification.
  • Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated business and finance acumen.
  • Experience in optimizing business processes.
  • Strong change agent capabilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver on complex, challenging and in stressful situations.
  • Proven experience working with global teams and sr. management levels in a complex matrix organization.
  • Readiness to work in foreign business hours like for example Central European Time (CET).
