Qualification Standards

Education : Bachelor’s degree Experience : One (1) year of relevant experience Training : Four (4) hours of relevant training Eligibility : Career Service (Professional) / Second Level Eligibility

Education :

BA / BS degrees in social sciences, development studies, Psychology

Training :

Teaching Methodologies, Research, Project Management Cycle

Experience :

Training and development, Facilitation, Presentation, Training Needs Analysis, Research, and Project Management Cycle

Duties :

  • Conduct research and gather data and related studies on PPP as reference in the conduct of Capacity Building activities of the Center
  • Write research / case studies of the PPP Center, the Implementing Agencies, Special Groups, and Stakeholders
  • Conduct training needs identification and analysis for Implementing Agencies, Special Groups and Stakeholders through interview, focus-group discussion, and the like
  • Develop training design for the Implementing Agencies’ Capacity Building Programs
  • Implement Capacity Building Programs for Implementing Agencies, Special Groups, and Stakeholders, Perform capacity development tasks (e.
  • g., facilitator, moderator, resource person, emcee, documenter, etc.)

  • Evaluate Capacity Building Program conducted for Implementing Agencies, Special Groups and Stakeholders, prepare post training reports of the programs conducted
  • Prepare presentation and training materials
  • Prepare / consolidate participants and project profiles of the Implementing Agencies, Special Groups and Stakeholders
  • Perform coordination work with the PPP Center’s internal (other Services) and external (Implementing Agencies, development partners, etc.
  • capacity development / capacity development / training clients

  • Prepare reports, communication, memoranda pertaining to assigned tasks
  • Perform other work that may be assigned from time to time by the Division Chief or by higher authorities
