Job Overview :
This is an entry-level job that will allow you to hone your management skills, deeper restaurant operations understanding, and be taught by a seasoned Restaurant Manager who will guide and lead you in managing front and back of the house daily operations particularly in delivering high food quality, consistent food safety, warm customer service, efficient workforce management, responsive reporting, and tight inventory management.

Duties and Responsibilities :
Meets and Conducts daily team huddles and sets store target.
Inspects cleanliness and sanitation of all restaurant stations.
Monitors standard production processes and strict observance on food safety.
Checks food and service quality consistently.
Prepares operational reports and manages manpower and inventory costs.
Implements daily Sales Dine-In, Delivery, and Take-Out Strategies.
Job Specifications :
Graduate of BS in Hotel Restaurant Management or any Business course.
Has a pleasing personality with good command and communication skills.
Flexible in working extended hours, weekends, and holidays.
Willing to work in Angeles City, Pampanga.
No working experience required.
