JOB PURPOSE :

The eMarketing and Analytics Manager will contribute to sales growth by designing and implementing local solutions to engage, retain, upsell and recruit consumers across different online touchpoints by leveraging learnings from deep dive of multi-data resources.

He / she will translate plans into 6P+A strategies specific to the different shopper segments catered to by each eTailer.

I. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

6Ps + A

  • Create and Optimize site navigation, online assortment, pricing, promotions ePOPs, etc strategy
  • Leverage Data to ensure shopper-centric communication in all eTailer programs
  • Track and measure site and business performance to increase program ROI
  • Track and measure customer satisfaction (reviews and ratings)
  • Lead Test & Learn initiatives
  • O+O / GTM / Content

  • Identify strategic partners for eJBP in order to build long-term relationships and become the preferred partner for digital / eCommerce initiatives
  • Identify untapped, high opportunity consumer segments and create a strategy to engage them
  • Identify trends and white spaces that could upgrade our eCustomer Engagement
  • Conduct A / B Testing of plans across multiple eCommerce touchpoints and track learnings
  • Ensure accuracy of all creative assets, linking, promotions vs. brand and eTailer strategy
  • Online Marketing

  • Work with Brand, Digital Marketing and Agency to create a prospecting to retargeting strategy focused on maximizing conversion, getting new customers, increasing ASP, driving loyalty
  • Content development and adoption (E-store, banner, product pages, other advanced content etc.)
  • IMC adaption
  • Own all conversion-related materials, budgets
  • Margins / ASP / ROI, ROAS and other Ad Metrics
  • eCom Advertising Budget, total operating profit
  • Data Analytics

  • Work with GITSC and CDMs to automate the data and insights process, making the data available to key stakeholders daily
  • Understand other internal and external vendors that can help improve our data capabilities
  • Provide value-adding insights based on gathered data
  • Provide data needed for 6P+A Tracking at the start of the week

    IV. EDUCATION AND FUNCTIONAL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Required :

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Consumer Goods / Customer Management of key accounts (e.g. FMCG industry experience an advantage)
  • Optional : - Minimum of 3 year experience or exposure in eCommerce
