As a Senior Associate, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.

Contribute in the development and enhancement of the PwC AC Manila Talent Community, a network of potential future hires, which can help alleviate recruiting timelines, specifically on time-to-fill measurements Research on talent market data analytics / insights that can be used in guiding business leaders in making informed decisions surrounding talent attraction, talent retention, and benchmarking Assist in managing our external partnerships with colleges, job boards, and third party recruiters / vendors, specifically those that may impact sourcing for passive talents Implement online and offline employer branding activities.
