Responsiblefor end to end delivery of projects in the WiFi Business Group portfolio

Providesoverall governance to the Service Delivery team. Approve and monitor standards, procedures,and overall departmental performance to support the achievement of the WiFiGroup’s strategic objectives.

Ensuresend to end Service Delivery process is executed within a timely manner meetingagreed upon turnaround time to meet overall departmental KPIs.

Ensurequality of practice meets contractual requirements, legal obligations andorganizational policy and procedures.

Coordinateand participate in monitoring, review and auditing processes related to ServiceDelivery.

oProject Management

Managesthe project portfolio of WiFi Business Group

Overseesend to end Service Delivery process from Services Costing, Technical Design,Process Design, Implementation Management (Project Management, TechnicalImplementation Lead, Quality Assurance Lead) and Service Transition to theoperations team.

Servesas escalation point for issues in respect of service design / costing, projectplan and implementation, operationalization.

Servesas a liaison to the WiFi Business Group mancom, identifying and elevatingissues requiring executive decisions which may impact achieving product and customerobjectives.

Partnerswith internal business stakeholders (Sales / Products / Business Development), tocollaborate and understand their strategic business needs.

Aids in translating business requirements tobusiness plans.

Contributesto the setting of strategic directions of services.

Partnerswith the Service Management team on operational readiness of new product andinitiatives.

Driveservice improvement and business-as-usual projects by working with variousservice owners and other segment teams

Partnerswith Globe Human Resources to ensure pipe of capable project managers.

  • Work Experience
  • 1.15 - 20 years of management / technologyconsulting or operational delivery experience

    2.Must have been a successful project manager in medium tolarge IT projects

    3.Must have managed a team of project managers using bothPMBOK and Agile modes of delivery

    4.Must have extensive experience in overseeing a projectportfolio of at least 20 simultaneous projects.

    5.Significant exposure in projects across many areas of ITand telco, from BSS integration, application development, platform deploymentof enterprise / telco grade platforms, infrastructure development, telconetwork related projects, etc.

    6.IT, Consulting industry experience

  • Level of Knowledge
  • 1.Any 4-year course in Engineering,Computer Engineering, Science or equivalent

    2.MBA, PMP, or Six Sigma certificatedesired

    3.No required membership in aprofessional organization
