About the Role

We are looking for a strong analytical professional who can help the business to move our analytics and business intelligence to the next level.

The role is a business partner-facing role and will be leading a group of highly talented team members who will be working on the leading edge of analytics / BI technology and has a perpetual interest in learning and applying new approaches and techniques.

The person will help lead an ongoing analytics transformation from table-based reports that tell history to analysis that provides deeper insight and predicts or prescribes more efficient and effective directions for loan processing operations and call centers.

Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for managing report deliveries in a timely manner and ensuring the delivered reports are meeting the needs of the business.
  • Participates in developing and implementing a reporting solutions roadmap with the partners
  • Making sure the team develops understanding of relevant data sources, analysis, result presentation and process documentation
  • Directing the team to leverage data manipulation / visualization / analysis tools and alternative front-end solutions to delivering analysis.
  • Responsible for capacity planning, talent planning and stakeholder management.
  • Responsible for setting objectives and providing feedback to the team, in collaboration with EGS Management and US Partners
  • Present findings to multiple levels of management
  • Proactively seek opportunities to increase the value of deliverable
  • Review / Analyze past performance to understand trends and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Ensure that analyses are delivered on time, with a high level of quality
  • Engage and work with multiple senior management stakeholders
  • Engage with cross culture team members and stakeholders
  • Market Skills and Certifications

    Required qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as applied math, statistics, engineering, physics, accounting, finance, economics, econometrics, computer sciences, or business / social and behavioral sciences with a quantitative emphasis and 11+ (Overall Experience) years of experience in one or a combination of reporting, analytics and data wrangling skills or a Master’s degree or higher in a quantitative field such as applied math, statistics, engineering, physics, accounting, finance, economics, econometrics, computer sciences, or business / social and behavioral sciences with a quantitative emphasis and 9+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following : reporting, analytics, or data wrangling
  • 2+ years of managing or leading analytic teams
  • Must be willing to work in McKinley Hill / BGC area in Taguig City
  • Must be amenable to work in 6 : 00AM to 3 : 00PM shift (Philippine time), and be open to work on a different shift or schedule based on the business need
  • Data analysis Able to provide guidance to the team in data analysis using SQLExperience with Relational Databases like Oracle , Teradata, SQL Server
  • Business Intelligence Ability to envision and design the reports and the reporting platform to address the present and future needs of the businessExperience in leading teams working in reporting tools like Cognos, Tableau etc.
  • Business Analytics & Modelling Outstanding in problem solving and analytical skills with ability to turn findings into strategic imperativesGood knowledge and understanding of research & analysisAbility to identify opportunities using the data and communicate the findings to senior leadership.
  • Present findings to multiple levels of management
