Job Description : The Admin Manager is responsible to oversee and direct the administrative services of the company. They assign responsibilities to administrative staff, ensure the facilities are equipped with supplies and services needed.

Their work includes a variety of responsibilities to ensure all activities are runs effectively and efficiently and accomplishes its goals on daily basis.

Supervise and manage administrative operations of a department. Assess staff performance, provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency Oversee facilities / housekeeping services, maintenance activities, travel bookings and motor pool services Organize and supervise other office activities (renovations, event planning etc.

Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations Manage schedules and deadlines Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints Identifies staff development and training needs and ensures that training is obtained.

  • Maintains records, prepares reports, and composes correspondence relative to the work. Completes special projects by organizing and coordinating information and requirements;
  • planning, arranging, and meeting schedules; monitoring results Providing quality customer service Assist and support front desk management in handling visitors and clients Maintains office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement.

    Interact with other department heads in managing the entire administrative operations. Minimum Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field In-

    depth understanding of office management procedures Proficient in Microsoft Office Software An analytical mind with problem-

    solving skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities A team player with leadership skills Knowledge of customer service practices Experience supervising others Flexible and can work efficiently in a highly pressured environment Ability to work effectively and cross functionally with all levels of management both internally and externally Well organized and systematic Keep eye on details High trustworthy and strong personal skills
