Job Description : The Admin Manager is responsible to oversee and direct the administrative services of the company. They assign responsibilities to administrative staff, ensure the facilities are equipped with supplies and services needed.
Their work includes a variety of responsibilities to ensure all activities are runs effectively and efficiently and accomplishes its goals on daily basis.
Supervise and manage administrative operations of a department. Assess staff performance, provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency Oversee facilities / housekeeping services, maintenance activities, travel bookings and motor pool services Organize and supervise other office activities (renovations, event planning etc.
Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations Manage schedules and deadlines Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints Identifies staff development and training needs and ensures that training is obtained.
