Job Description : Deliver Services to Customers Deliver specific data and reporting services to meet customer requirements, meeting regularly with key users and their managers to understand business needs and identify improvement opportunities.
Provide assistance to end users regarding utilization of IT systems & information to deliver business objectives. Data and Reporting Support Technical support for data and reports including : end-
user support; monitoring scheduled reports and data loads; troubleshooting; and engagement with other teams and service providers.
Data Analysis activities such as requirements definition, documentation and testing. Report development and ongoing maintenance activities Coordination of patch releases and change management.
Engagement with stakeholders to prioritise work requests and system improvement initiatives. Delivery of prioritised system improvements.
Solve Technical problems Identify, analyze and resolve technical issues, ensuring clear and regular progress communications to stakeholders.
Contribute to the identification and implementation of new initiatives or improvements for systems, providing support to effectively manage transition processes.
Skilled Professional Apply, share and develop comprehensive skills and knowledge to deliver outcomes within specific IT data and reporting specializations.
