    On a typical day, you'll

  • Consult with customerson products and services to provide the best solutions for their need via avariety of communication channels that could include voice, email or chat
  • Open and maintaincustomer accounts and information
  • Respond to customerinquiries with active listening
  • Resolve customertechnical issues with patience and understanding
  • Identify additionalneeds customers may have and help them to upgrade products or services
  • Positively participatein company events, in team activities, and continuous learning
