Preferred Experience

•Bachelor's Degree in Information System, Business, Communication or related field.

• 1-2 Years relevant experience preferably from BPO servicing IT helpdesk department.

•Amenable to shifting schedule (On-Call, Day, Mid, and Night schedule shifting).

Technical Qualification

•Basic Network Topology.

•Ticketing System.

•Active Directory and Group Policy.

•Remote Desktop Services.

•Microsoft Exchange 2016.

•CCNA

•Any other relevant IT Certification

Responsibilities :

•Responding in a timely manner to IT issues and request.

•Take ownership of reported issues and see problems thru solution.

•Research, troubleshoot, diagnose and identify potential solution to fix reported issues.

•Documents or procedure creation for newly reported concerns for future reference.

•Follow the standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved problems.

•Manage equipment setup and deployment using standard company image.

•Ensure all IT equipment are running properly and up to date.

•Ensure data integrity with regard to the fixed asset inventory.

•Managing user and computer accounts.

•Managing all of the sites Door Access.

•Managing all of the sites CCTV.

•Observing and identifying upcoming problems with the help of monitoring tools.

•Conducting weekly maintenance and preventive maintenance for all of the equipment's.

•Managing server room cabling structures.

•Transferring to another site if needed to fix reported issues.

•Willing to work overtime if required.

•Other tasks that maybe assigned from time to time
