What the role is about

TheBusiness Analyst will be responsible for sourcing data, creating andmaintaining reports, and analyzing operational performance.

This includes thecreation of insightful visualizations, publishing of daily, weekly and monthlyreports and scorecards and the timely communication of important trends andoutliers.

Who you are

To besuccessful in this role, you should have a strong working knowledge of allcommon analysis tools and formulae, as well as proven experience in Excel,Visual Basic and preferably Power BI Microsoft.

You should also possess astrong analytical skillset and proven experience validating and maintaininglarge data sets. You should also have the ability to understand, analyze andsynthesize business operations metrics, regression analysis and businessformulas.

What you will do

  • Design clear, concise data visualization that maximizesaudience understanding
  • Solves complex problems by taking a new perspective usingexisting solutions
  • Forecast operational performance through the proactive use ofpredictive analysis
  • Validates and maintains large data sets
  • Interprets internal and external business issues andrecommends solutions
  • Perform operational analysis; proactively identifying andcommunicating trends
  • Enhance reporting capabilities and push towards automationwherever possible
  • Provide technical support on reports and dashboards
  • Collaborate with operational leaders to generate and / ormodify reports to highlight potential root causes to key issues as they arise
  • Provide analytical support on special projects around theorganization
  • What you will bring

  • 2 Years of provenanalytical acumen in a professional environment, preferably in a Call Center orBPO setup
  • Windows, Excel,Visual Basic, Google Suite, Power BI Microsoft
  • Experience withcommon dashboard tools
  • Ability to learnand understand new software and other technology applications
  • Adept in workingwith raw data, integrating data from various sources, and preparing alternativemethods of data presentation.
  • Presentationskills : putting storyline in Powerpoint
  • Strongorganizational, time management and planning skills.
  • Strong attentionto detail and accuracy
