  • Interacts with customers / suppliers, over the phone and email according to the standard activity standards and centrally agreed sales processes
  • Plans and prepare for sales visits to both existing and prospect customers of the Manager
  • Forms professional and appropriate relationships within customer / suppliers organizations
  • Ensures all customers / suppliers are contacted on a regular basis by following the prescribed Contact Strategy
  • Ensures customers are kept up to date with relevant company information and reports, where applicable
  • To perform all sales administration activities in order to maintain accurate information essential to sustain revenue and customer service
  • Supports the Sales Manager’s agenda
  • Accurately completes sales reports within the agreed time frames
  • Completes and updates customer / suppliers information and documentation as required by the business
  • Assist Manager in making contracts and other related documents
  • Welcome and engage in conversation with clients and suppliers, help them as needed
  • Liaising with Managers as needed
  • Degree Level
  • Minimum 2-year experience in Sales Admin
  • Organizational awareness
  • Business to business selling skills
  • Communications capability at a senior / board level, both internally and externally
  • Ability to interpret and apply Value Based Management principles
