Provide input for coding and technical task or design area
Conduct problem analysis in regard to technical system and application programs and is able to propose problem resolution alternatives
Conduct code reviews (Peer and Downward)
Assist in the identification of risks and issues as it relates to the technical aspect of the deliverable
Follow and adhere to quality standards and processes (e.g. coding, unit testing)
Conduct reviews and assist in the resolution of quality issues
Enforce AIG policies and procedures
Conducts brown bag session on standards and processes
Reviews all programs prior to implementation to verify consistency and conformance with established company guidelines, policies and practices
Investigates issues outside of KEDB and suggests workaround to the users or perform temporary fix
Perform detailed analysis on issues and creates Defect Analysis Document (DAD) for the temporary fix
Coordinates with Resolver Groups to obtain implementation timelines on permanent fixes and change requests
Perform any fixes related to configuration changes
Resolves and closes incidents that are neither permanent fix nor minor enhancement
Liaise with AIGT for application deployment in UAT and Production environment for temporary fix
Monitor deployment activities for temporary fix
ADM process / activity coordination.
Participate in root cause analysis exercises
What we are looking for
PRPC Certified System Architect,
Certified in at least V6 or V7.x
3-5 years experience in Pega Projects with
knowledge in modules
as follows; Sales Force Automation for Insurance (SFAI) / CRM, BPM / Mobility / UI / Correspondence / Localization, Search Engine / ElasticSearch integration, Object Level Security, Next Best Action, Single Sign On (SiteMinder)
Has experience in Integration Service and Integration (SOAP / ReST rules) which includes; Connectivity to 3rd party (Data Power, Enterprise Service Bus / ESB, Other Applications / Etc...)
Has experience in Database connectivity / integration (Base is Oracle 11g)
Agent Creation (Parallel Node Processing, Queueing for Batch Processing / Inclusive of Exception Handling)
System Administration (Installation and Maintenance of PRPC, Inclusive of Product Import / Export for Continuous Integration, Log Monitoring, Cloud)
Knowledge in Oracle, WebSphere Products, Adobe LifeCycle and / or SiteMinder
Must be willing to travel and work onshore in short recurring times
Japanese Language skills will be a plus
