Team up with stakeholders to identify learning and training needs and the best delivery approach
Design innovative learning solutions for different business units as per need basis
Manage programs to create cost effective learning solutions on time
Measure and evaluate program and project effectiveness
Provide regular updates to senior leadership on progress and results accomplished
