The opportunity Working as a valued member of the Recruitment Team, the Assistant Manager will be responsible for planning and delivering hiring strategies for the different service lines and functions.
You will need strong relationship development skills with both external and internal stakeholders.In this role, you will work closely with the Country Recruitment Lead to ensure that hiring activities for the assigned service lines are executed.
Day-to-day activities may also involve working with multiple stakeholders across the organization. Your key responsibilities
Build and present diverse & strong candidates to hiring managers. Arrange interviews accordingly and updates candidates regarding the status of their application.
Finalize arrangements between stakeholders and candidates including job offer until onboarding
functional key stakeholders to communicate highly impacting recruitment updates and strategies
