“Be a Bilingual Customer Service Representative with Ubiquity Global Servicesâ€

Job Responsibilities :

  • Gather information from transaction history to identify customer's transaction behavior, including calls initiated
  • Analyzes if dispute is valid or invalid
  • Process provisional credit for customers while waiting for the result of dispute / investigation
  • Process chargeback to recover funds from merchants
  • Requests account closure if necessary
  • Closing of cases in a timely manner to avoid compliance fail
  • Minimum Qualifications :

  • Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's / College Degree , any field.
  • Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Customer Service or equivalent
  • Excellent probing skills
  • Strong financial background and must be able to identify fraud vs error
  • Good English communication skills (able to communicate effectively)
  • Can speak and write fluently and confidently in Spanish
  • Experienced Bilingual English-Spanish CSR is an advantage
  • Work Conditions :

  • Must be willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends and holidays
  • Must be willing to work in BGC Taguig City
  • Can start ASAP
