The Business Development Representative (BDR) position is a team contributor role that will be a strategic member of the broader North American team (Inside & Outside sales).
A challenging role that will require sales skills, strategic thinking capabilities, ability to remain focused to boost sales and contribute to our long-
term business growth. Responsibilities may include any of the following : generate demand for company solutions through outbound cold calling, qualify prospects, produce quality leads, identify and drive product expansion opportunities via high value relationships with existing customers.
As part of the sales team the BDR may support geographical territories with the mutual objective of achieving the assigned sales objectives.

Collaborate with the sales team on account strategy, demand generation activities, and results
Gain in-depth knowledge of company products and technologies, territories, accounts, competitors and industry trends
Coordinate sales efforts with both Inside and Outside Sales
Cultivate strong relationships with customers, from first contact to closing the deal
Contact potential clients using emails, marketing and cold calling methodologies
Complete a volume of calls to prospects on regular daily basis
Manage customer calls and web presentations
Build a qualified pipeline of opportunities through cold calls, marketing qualified leads, targeted warm account prospecting and conversion of inbound leads.
Effectively present, position and sell our value proposition to prospects
Facilitate sales opportunity by providing the support needed to advance the sales process
Develop new sales opportunities
Incorporate knowledge of our products and services, the customer, and key competitors into the sales process to uncover customer needs
Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market to generate interest / demand
Involves finding new clientele sets who may have not been marketing targets
Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
Ensure proper after-sales service
Drive high customer satisfaction and references by ensuring customer is receiving value from company products and services.
Maintain accurate information and ensure update of customer data in the CRM system
Meet and exceed personal sales goal
Salary : 40,000 - 50,000
