Job Description

  • Successful candidates will provide excellent customer service to our US-based clients by addressing inquiries related to account specific products and services, process order placement and tracking, refunds and replacement, and other shopping account management through multi-channels (call, email, and chat)
  • Skills Required

  • Excellent oral and written communication for personalized interaction
  • Must exhibit active listening
  • Must have keen attention to details
  • Must have good conversational skills
  • Must have good problem solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to arrive at decisions independently and demonstrate persuasion and negotiation skills
  • Ability to educate customers on inquiries and other product information.
  • Ability to handle issues and complaints in a courteous and professional manner
  • Ability to multi-task and access multiple data source simultaneously
  • Ability to probe effectively
  • Ability to sell using consultative sales approach or suggestive pitches on customer purchases.
  • Minimum Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years old and above
  • Completed at least 2 years in college (no back subjects)
  • High school graduate but should have at least 6 months of call center experience
  • At least 6 months of BPO experience is preferred
  • Professional, enthusiastic, and customer service oriented
  • Amenable to work on holidays, weekend, and shifting schedule
