Execute and optimize internal communication strategies that support Shopee’s overall employer branding objectives
Collaborate and coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure clear alignment and seamless execution
Ensure consistency between internal and external communication messages
Create measures and maintain the integrity of the employer brand through all communication channels
Plan and support internal employer brand campaigns
Liaise with relevant departments in handling the internal communication response to crisis situations that affect Shopee’s employer brand
Analyze data and prepare analytics reports
Requirements :
3-5 years of relevant experience in Employer Branding or Corporate Communications
Experience working within cross-functional teams is a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, good command of English
Independent, meticulous, and with a strong sense of responsibility
Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes
