    You will be responsible for :

  • Leading a team to execute audits of IT processes.
  • Conducting regular call reviews for quality assurance, coaching and training.
  • Ensuring all standards and procedures are followed and maintained.
  • Ensuring follow-up actions to address any gaps in service levels.
  • Managing day to day operations, training and management of teams to achieve targeted service levels.
  • Providing monthly help desk reports.
  • Advising on audit findings and providing recommendations on IT control measures.
  • Ensuring proper documentation of IT audit procedures.
  • Reviewing policies, incidents, and Risk KPIs to develop annual audit plans.
  • Analysing, monitoring, configuring and maintaining existing systems and identify room for improvements.
  • Ensuring overall system and server uptime, availability, reliability and security.
  • Liaising with 3rd party vendors, IT providers, etc. for specific requirements.
  • Troubleshooting system / server issues or outages.
  • Skills Required :

  • You possess a Degree / Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
  • You have at least 3 years experience, ideally within a IT Audit, Helpdesk / Technical Support or System Administrator role.
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • You are a strong mentor and coach who can build high performing teams
  • You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
  • You enjoy finding creative solutions to problems
