Key Responsibilities

  • Develop standardized models for incentive programs;
  • Perform calibrations and back testing for incentive programs and short-term campaigns;
  • Provide inputs for assessment of incentive program effectiveness;
  • Prepare documentation for incentive programs;
  • Prepare incentive related analysis and reports;
  • Streamline and enhance processes and work flows;
  • Ensure compliance with policies & procedures.
  • Qualifications : The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2-3 years relevant experience in Business / Financial Planning & Analysis and / or Compensation is preferred;
  • Ability to work with big datasets is preferred
  • Advanced MS Excel and / or Access is required. VBA is a plus;
  • Proficient in MS PowerPoint;
  • Attention to detail;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Capable to deliver high quality outputs within tight timelines;
  • Highly driven and self-motivated.
