Job title : Junior Digital Designer
Team : Creatives
Reports to : Digital Art Director
Schedule : Morning shift (9am-6pm)
About the role :
The ideal candidate is someone from a creative or design background with working skills in conceptualizing, designing, and adapting digital advertising and marketing assets.
He / She should have the basic knowledge of designing for digital platforms and marketing mediums and be able to deliver on multiple projects.
Responsibilities :
Support the Art Director and Designers in meeting the brief requirements and completing the deliverables on-time and on-quality
Deliver creative assets according to timelines, media specifications, brand, and design guidelines
Design and deliver a range of digital deliverables ranging from eDMs, standard and Rich Media digital display banners to .com platforms
Design and layout story board for web banners (standard and rich media)
Use Animate CC for HTML5 banner animations
Required Skills
Required Skills and Experiences :
Minimum of 2 years’ work experience as Digital Designer or similar role
Good written and verbal communication skills
Skilled in using Adobe Creative Suite
Familiarity with designing for social and .com
Ability to work independently and follow direction from seniors
Ability to work well under pressure and tight deadlines
Nice-to-haves :
Understanding of fundamental UX / UI best practices is a plus
Understanding of Responsive design is a plus
Knowledgeable in using Sketch app and Flinto app is a good to have but not required
