Responsible and ensures efficient and effective operations of the Finance department including accounts payable management, accounts receivable management, cash management, tax compliance, financial reporting, budgeting, audit, strategic planning, process improvement and personnel development.
Supervises the works of team members in the area of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Collections, Disbursements, Inventory and Fixed Assets.
Closely monitor cash flows to ensure efficient business operations.Reports financial performance, risks and opportunities of the Company to the management for decision making and strategic planning.
Drives the improvement of reporting, internal controls, accounting systems, processes and practices in the Finance Department.
Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)Has a minimum of 8 years of working experience in the related field, with 5 years’ experience as a managerHas exposures in retail industry and in all facets of Accounting & FinanceWith hands on experience using an Accounting SystemProficient in Microsoft OfficeHas good spoken and written communication skillsHas the leadership in mentoring, coaching and developing the employees Has strong analytical, planning and problem solving skillsMust be keen to details, results-oriented and team-playerDemonstrates high level of maturity, commitment, good professional judgement and integrityHas the ability to work comfortably in a fast growing and dynamic group of companies.
