You'll be responsible for generating and preparing documentation and ensuring the statutory books are in order for our portfolio of clients.
Building strong and effective relationships with colleagues and the wider business is an essential requirement as you will be working closely with our team in Singapore tracking client documentation to ensure it’s returned and complete.
You will need to have strong communication skills both written and verbal as one of your responsibilities will be to remind clients of the deadlines for their Annual General Meetings.
