Acquire BPO is currently looking for a Senior Facilities Manager to support us, RingCentral :

The Sr Facilities Manager is responsible for providing superior customer service to our employees, clients and associates at our Manila offices.

This role will ensure coordination with local partners, internally within RingCentral and with other potential vendors. The candidate must project a positive attitude, while being able to handle difficult and sometimes stressful situations under tight deadlines.

This role is responsible for our Philippines office locations and must effectively interface with all levels of staff, including executives, in planning and managing toward goals.

The candidate must provide outstanding client service by managing, monitoring and controlling building operations, service contracts, vendor relationships, contracts and budgets.

To succeed in this role you must have experience in :

Exercise diplomacy & discretion at all times

Demonstrate courteous & helpful attitude to all

Actively encourage an environment that supports teamwork and functional excellence

Provide coaching and support to correct or develop skill set for staff

Manage site(s) in accordance with agreed policies, procedures and contracts

Effectively manage team to prompt response and resolution of all service requests

Manage repairs and maintenance or FF&E

Oversees multiple programs including, fitness center, parking and valet

Help prepare and manage annual department budget

Prepare and manage annual department budget and quarterly forecasting

Act as liaison to property manager and landlord as needed

Supervises staff to ensure that daily routine responsibilities are handled in a timely and orderly manner

Coordinates vendor activities, including food service, safety, supplies and maintenance

Keeps office in neat and orderly fashion

Other facility projects or duties as assigned

On call 24x7 for building emergencies

Desired Qualifications :

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Civil Engineering or any related field

With at least 10 years of related work experience handling facilities management

With at least 8 years Project Management experience

Certifications in any of the following is a plus : COPC Vendor Management / Agile Project Management / PMP

Proven expertise in leading global or regional projects related to new business or site build-out

Ability to drive results and influence the key leaders of different cross-functional groups

Strong verbal / written communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams

Should be highly organized and able to manage conflicting priorities

Strong attention to detail and excellent problem solving skills

Proficient at identifying areas for improvement in processes, tools, and techniques and the ability to follow through on implementing these improvements.
