You will be responsible for diverse engineering projects in Electrification business, Philippines. Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will offer support for standardization and modularization of E-
house designs, documentation and design tools for all variations of E-houses to reduce the project related design and engineering and increase engineering efficiency in the local units.
Standardizing and modularizing E-House designs, documentation and design tools and automating engineering and design processes.
Driving the standardization projects, programs, initiatives and designing the E-House solutions with SCM to reduce the cost.
Assisting the local business unit project managers in conflict resolution for the E-house design, layouts and general assembly and implementing E-
House’s in our engineering base, vendor site and customer offices.
Implementing effective reports (status / progress) for PMs to communicate with all stakeholders and to understand the prerequisites to accomplish project goals and objectives.
Assisting in the improvement of the company’s execution of E-house design layouts and implementing design changes and new product research.

A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, Electrical or Civil Engineering.
More than five years’ experience in design of buildings, structures, local engineering rooms, substations, cars, tools, E-
houses using AutoCAD, Solidworks or other design software.
Experience with manufacturing and production processes and standardization and modularization of structures.
A high level of self-motivation, curiosity and desire to learn about new technologies.
A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong communication skills.
