AUTHORITY & DECISION RIGHTS :
Works closely with the Territory Sales and District Managers on decisions that will impact our partners. Share inputs to the manager or perhaps the stakeholders in cases which highly impact the business and where decision escalation is required.
INTERFACES :
Will communicate daily with the AMs. TSM’s, DAM’s and the accounts they manage, peers (both in the primary team and cross-functional teams), manager and stakeholders in the geography being supported.
CAREER PROGRESSION :
Successful overlay support can lead to lateral or vertical movements to other posts in the Lead to Contract teams or other departments.
Vertical progression in one’s role is also a possible movement with both metrics and tenure as criteria.
WORKING CONDITIONS :
Mostly in an office set-up with rare travel opportunities.
