Senior Recruitment Coordinator (Administration)

The Senior Coordinator will be a role model for more junior team members, providing coaching, mentoring and critical leadership support on initial escalations and problem resolution.

The successful candidate will also provide leadership through management of scheduling and onboarding projects.

  • We will count on you :

  • Manages highly complex Talent Acquisition programs collaborating with internal departments and 3rd Party Vendors; delivers new programs, develop procedures to streamline processes and effectively utilizes tools and partners.
  • Partners with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with all legal documentation for candidates.
  • Supports junior members with complex transactions and evaluate processes for streamlining opportunities; evaluates and validates data integrity and collaborates with appropriate parties to identify training needs.
  • Provides timely and accurate communications to employees and business partners around areas of concerns and possible improvements
  • Tracks employee feedback on company programs, provides insight on opportunities identified and escalates accordingly.
  • Ensures company program requests are in compliance with company policy / regulations and laws
  • Facilitates onboarding and training. Responsible for training and reference materials.
  • Participates in quality assurance by owning the SOP’s, process flows, and internal documentation; works with leadership to set proper SLAs to ensure customer and achieve company expectations
  • What you need to have :

  • Bachelor’s degree holders with strong academic track-record
  • Experienced Subject Matter Expert or Player Coach
  • Proven track record in Recruitment
  • Proficiency with HRIS and ATS Systems.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Strong stakeholder and negotiation skills.
  • Commitment to task, able to take responsibility for actions and outcomes, persist despite challenges
  • Customer Focus, able to demonstrate a high level of service delivery, do what is necessary to ensure stakeholders satisfaction
