The AMD Specialist for Real Estate is the subject matter expert on real estate matters and transactions. The expertise expands from the research, validation of real estate documents to related laws and regulatory requirements and valuation pertaining to acquisition, documentation and titling of real estate properties and transactions including claims and legal requirements for a particular case.
Also provides the expert advice on documentary requirements and declarations to minimize Company’s exposures to real property taxes and the recommended purchase price based on fair market value or most advantageous purchase cost for the company.
Responsible for successful implementation and execution of the strategic and operational requirements on matters concerning real property.
Interfaces with Proponents for the development of real estate management operations and to various strategic teams’ projects, programs and initiatives and offers solutions to business problems by evaluating all possible outcomes and selects those that yield the best result.
Analyzes processes, systems and recommend improvements as necessary for an effective and efficient real estate transactions based on BUs requirements.
Graduate of Geodetic Engineering, Business Administration and Economics, or other related field
Must have minimum of 3 years related work experience performing real estate activities and geodetic surveys
Must have working knowledge in conducting market research and analysis as well as data management
Must have strong background in mathematics and statistics
Preferably applicants that have formal real Estate properties, valuation and taxes related training and certification
