QUALIFICATIONS

  • Preferably, at least 1 year of B2B CATI experience with US or global market, or 1 year of solid / continuous OUTBOUND B2B call center experience (specializing in US account and / or C-Level calls)
  • Has excellent interpersonal skills and listening skills
  • Must be confident and able to approach people
  • Must have basic computer skills including above-average keyboard skills and accurate data entry
  • Able to work in night shift schedule
  • Must be detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Can start ASAP
  • RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct surveys and record the feedback with 100% accuracy
  • Note down verbatim answers with proper spelling and grammar check
  • Make callbacks to the respondents, as needed
  • Responsible for the proper execution of CATI procedures
  • Using problem-solving skills to handle difficult or irate respondents
  • Learn Online CATI survey platform and softphone technology
