JOB SUMMARY

  • Lead the Work Level 1 Pay Review Inclusion Review working with Country Reward Teams to identify new or changed WL1 grades included in the Pay Review Process.
  • Identify the necessary changes to Compensation Plans and Eligibility rules to include new WL 1 grades in the Pay Review Process.
  • Manage the removal of employees from Pay Review Process
  • Resolving Pay Review user queries and troubleshooting live service issues raised by Reward Services, Reward Partners, HR Business Partner and Global Mobility
  • Resolve Data Quality issues related to Pay Review data
  • Pay Review system testing
  • Resolve complex process issues in Workday
  • Actively works and supports resolution of issues escalated; managing incidents, tracking ticket status and partnering with support teams to resolve
  • Inputs to responses on Chatter and liaises with SuperUsers
  • Takes an active part in Testing of updates and releases
  • Works directly with Performance and Talent team to ensure a successful Pay Review.
  • Champion in Workday Community for Business Process-related topics
  • REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience working with Workday
  • Experience with Core HR Systems required
  • Experience with HR system configuration and testing a plus
  • Experience with Pay review, Annual Comp Cycle is a must
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately, especially under pressure; and within a cross-culture and global environment
  • Organised, strong time management skills and ability to prioritise multiple tasks
  • Articulate individual with good communication skills
  • Team-player who is a proactive self-starter, with the ability to work independently
  • Continuous improvement mindset
  • Passion for delivering service excellence; and developing a culture of easy to do business with , where customer’s needs are anticipated
