Job Description IMPORTANT : This is a customer service role in a BPO setting and ticketing will be done remotely via phone, email or chat.
Effectively manage large amounts of incoming calls Arrange flights, insurance and accommodation Use a booking system to secure vacations and holidays Collect and process payments Advise clients on travel arrangements, e.
g. visas and passports Send out tickets to clients Keep clients up to date with any changes Deal with complaints or refunds
Job Qualifications AGENT POSITION : Open to HS Graduates
SUPERVISOR POSITION : Open to those with experience in airline ticketing (travel agencies, airlines, BPO setting).
Preferrably with experience in Amadeus / Sabre / Galileo / airline ticketing softwares
With Excellent English communications skills (oral and written).
Applicant must be willing to work in Makati City, Pasay City, Quezon City or Pasig City.
