  • What is your mission?

    As a Customer Care Champion , you will be working with our Largest Online Booking Account to deliver outstanding customer experience through phone and email.

    You will be the first point-of-contact to handle and resolve customer concerns.

    Who are we looking for?

  • Completed at least 2 years in college.
  • With at least six (6) months of customer service in the BPO industry.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Positive, self-motivated and energetic.
  • Amenable to work in rotating shifts (morning, mid, & night shifts).
  • Can work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City or Sheridan, Mandaluyong City.
