What is your mission?
As a Customer Care Champion , you will be working with our Largest Online Booking Account to deliver outstanding customer experience through phone and email.
You will be the first point-of-contact to handle and resolve customer concerns.
Who are we looking for?
Completed at least 2 years in college.
With at least six (6) months of customer service in the BPO industry.
Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
Positive, self-motivated and energetic.
Amenable to work in rotating shifts (morning, mid, & night shifts).
Can work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City or Sheridan, Mandaluyong City.
