Professional Experience : At least 5 years experience as Facilities Manager, experience in a BPO set-up is an advantage.

Leadership Experience : With at least 5 years’ experience in handling at least 5 direct reports including security & housekeeping agencies.

Project Experience : At least 3 years experience handling CAPEX or Turnkey projects holding at least a Project Engineer position Educational Background : Graduate of any of the following courses : BSCE, BSME & BSEEPostgraduate study is an advantage : MBA / PhD The following licenses & certificates are advantages :

  • Registered / Professional Engineer
  • Professional Certificate in Facilities Management
  • Facility Management Professional
  • Project Management Professional
  • Basic Occupational Safety & Health
  • Construction Occupational Safety & Health
